18th Week Day 3 (EN)

Today I went to park to workout without eating any breakfast and I didn't have to much energy to workout. I was discouraged and weakened.
I didn't have enough power in my hands to do pushups and pullups.
At least in situps I did better then ever (one rep better;)
Now I'm sure that I need one day rest :)
