10th Week My Freeletics Plan

10th week was pretty intense:]
And every day with my Nemesis Challenge:D And every time with Pb :))

I tried to workout 7 days per week (even one quick workout) but for my body it's too much. I need at least 1-2 days rest per week because I feel too tired and a little bit battered.
