My girlfriend has invented to mix fruits with natural yogurt.
Ideal for summer :)
I decided to add a little bit of grated dark chocolate bar ;-)
Ingredients (for 2 persons):
1 banana
1 apple
10-12 strawberrys
2 kiwi
1 orange
400g of natural yogurt
15g of dark chocolate
Nutritrional properties per person:
Proteins 9g
Carbs 58g
Fat 15,5g
Energy 405kcal
You have to cut every fruit
add 200g of yogurt
and 2 small pices of chocolate bar was enough:)
