It was really lazy weekend when it is about workout.
Yesterday I started with Poseidon and it went great - for the first time I reached workout time below 5 minutes and I'm sure that I can be faster for few seconds in the future;)
Next I wanted to do Apollo for the first time (Mateusz inspired me to that;) but Saturday was so windy that after first round I felt pain in my ears so I quit running and did some basic exercises on the bar.
Today I did only two most simple Max workouts, both of them twice.
