The last week was the most intense: 7 days of exercising - 2 days with 1 workout, 4 days with two and last day with 3 workouts.
But I was prepered - I trained longer then 19 weeks.
I didn't add any extra workout during last week, because I wanted to check my physical capabilitis.
And my capabilities are quite good - In most workouts I made new time records :-)
And I'm sure that I will made few new PB's soon :]
