I want to say that I'm back in the game after 4 days of rest in bed but I'm not so sure about that yet. I don't have fever but my body temperature is still a little bit higher then normal (about 37C degrees)
Because of that only one workout today - Dione.
Every movement I did a little slower today, but I take less breaks while doing every set. I wonder when I will do 50 leg levers without any break - after 30th rep my legs start to shaking and I can't hold them straigh;)
Result - only few seconds better then last time, so still averge time.
