Today I did both day from training plan - first and second day - since yesterday I did Artemis.
3C degrees was a tough one for my lungs and my nose;) While duing burpees breathing wasn't easy and 3 times I took quick break to blow my nose. Maybe that's why I become slower every other round in Hades- it looks like this: 6min->7:30min->8:18min
Squats and situps went great, but still while doing pushups I suffered from lack of strength.
