9th Week Day 4

Only pushups and pullups in today s freeletics plan.
6 workouts - 3 times both of them, 3 min break between them.
I see I need to practise this exercises more often. I like them.
And I did my personal record in both today:-)


22.08   Max Pushups 100s  48-50-45
             Max Pullups   100s  29-27-25
