10th Week Day 3

In plan only 3 Max workouts so I add two more.
I never had so bed result in pushups in whole freeletics program.
But I give my best during squats and my girfriend helped me a lot whole time cheering me up. And I finished with new PB - 237 squats in 5min:-)
