Yesterday I wanted to beat my repetitions record in Max Squat.
It's because Mateusz beat another amaizing record in this one.
I warm-up for about 10minut only to do 5 min workout :)
I didn't perform it faster then usually - I just tried to avoid resting.
Of course pain in legs was intense but I didn't stop. I've tried as much as I could.
The result was awesome form me - 237 squats :]
I still have a bit of strength to exercise so I did Max Jackknife.
