During weekend I was visiting my family so I have time only for one workout - Aphrodite.
Today in the park I started with planned Hades and I need to add that burpees were real challenge for me. In opposite to every other day pullups and pushups went fast and easy. But burpees, especially in 3rd set were the most difficult exercise in the word:D Today morning I hated them. 4C degrees didn't help at all;)
Because the result was poor, I add 3 Max to motivate myself.
