I've finished my 15th week on last Saturday, but because of my higher body temperature since that day I didn't write anything on blog till today.
That week was full of max's workouts even though there wasn't any at the program plan ;-)
As soon as I get better (today all day I'm lying in bed) I will start next week and I promise You, that it'll be even more intense :]

There're some changes but still don't see any special difference in my abs... I think I need add more abs workouts to my weekly plan, but definitely not only from FL.
