This week I known Artemis and I enjoyed, because there movements for different parts of muscles.
My time was really good for the first time.
But the secons one was horrible - it was today. 4,5 minutes worse then during first time. I'm not sure what's going on, maybe I'm still not regenerated my body after trip for mountains. Mayby something with me - almost every day this week I feel very tired doing FL workouts.
I hope that next week will bring more power and new PB's :)
