6th Week Day 5 Freeletics

Today is another hot day, so I left home before 7 AM and went to the park.
Today's plan was only Metis and squats, but I didn't have any new record, so I decided to do push-ups and pull-ups; just a little bit for strength.
Back home I did some simple abs workouts
