5th Week Day 2 Freeletics

I don't know why are my legs hurts so much during Burpees.
Climbers make me sweat and High Jumps, yes, I can't catch my breath while doing them.
Metis -so short, but it doesn't mean this workout is easy;)

Today i saw a progress in everything - Maxs and Metis :-)
After doing this I felt really exhausted, but...
-No Pain No Gain-
so I do two more quick workouts from YTube :]
