Last week was 4-days training plan.
I have a lot of Pb, but next week I need to do more "classic" workouts.
Nemesis - I love it. I think from now on it'll become my every-week workout :-)

At least I know I'm moving forward.

And I discovered Nemesis Strength - it's the best "devil" abs workout! Love it :-)
